Eating the Dragon(fly)

To a mosquito, your typical dragonfly looks like, well, like a typical dragon! To the Eastern Kingbird shown here, said dragon(fly) looks like LUNCH!

The pictures on this page were taken on August 3, 2019. The Kingbird is perched on a dead tree that was part way up Sapsucker Row (see my map). The tree has since fallen into the water.

I recommend opening the first picture in the view window and then click through the sequence. Can you eat a dragon(fly) that quickly?
