The adorable chickadee lives here all year round. They are hard to photograph because they rarely sit still still even for a second. According to David Sibley's new book (What it's Like to Be a Bird), chickadees can stash away several hundred seeds a day and can remember the location of many thousands for later use when the winds turn chill.
